Allows for shorter screws to be used in toggle fastening
(1) Insert KapToggle into drilled hole & hold strap; (2) pull until metal is snug with wall; (3) Slide washer so its rim is full inside hole; (4) Snap off straps; (5) Insert screw and tighten.
